Easy Flow AI — Terms of Service

Welcome to Easy Flow AI (“Easy Flow AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operating under the Arvind Codex brand.

Easy Flow AI is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to help users manage communications, handle supported phone calls, understand conversations, and perform authorized tasks on their behalf.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Easy Flow AI website, mobile applications, AI assistant, voice features, call management services, and related functionality (collectively, the “Services”).

You must be legally eligible to use the Services under applicable law. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Services only where legally permitted and with the required parent or guardian involvement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Take responsibility for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or misuse the Services.

Easy Flow AI aims to provide an intelligent personal assistant that can help users manage everyday communications and tasks.

Depending on the features made available in your version of the Services, these may include:

• AI-powered voice and conversational assistance.
• Answering or managing supported incoming calls.
• Making outbound calls when supported and specifically authorized by the user.
• Generating conversation summaries and suggested responses.
• Helping users communicate with businesses, customer support teams, service providers, or other contacts.
• Helping users understand situations and prepare for conversations with professionals.
• Connecting users with third-party services where integrations are available.

Not every feature will be available to every user. Availability may depend on your device, region, subscription, technical compatibility, and applicable laws.

We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Easy Flow AI may use artificial intelligence to interpret instructions, generate responses, summarize conversations, and perform supported actions.

When you authorize the AI assistant to perform a task, you remain responsible for reviewing the task, providing accurate information, and deciding whether the proposed action is appropriate.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
• The assistant may misunderstand your instructions or the context of a conversation.
• Calls may fail, be interrupted, or be handled incorrectly.
• Third parties may refuse to speak with the assistant or may not accept its communications.
• Certain actions may require additional confirmation, authentication, or human involvement.

Where a task could create a significant legal, financial, medical, or personal consequence, Easy Flow AI may require additional confirmation or decline to perform the task.

We do not guarantee that every requested task will be completed successfully.

Some features may allow Easy Flow AI to communicate with third parties on your behalf.

Before an authorized call is placed, you may be required to provide the relevant phone number, purpose of the call, necessary background information, and any instructions or limitations.

You authorize Easy Flow AI to use the information you provide solely to perform the task you have requested, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You agree that:

• You will provide truthful and lawful instructions.
• You will not authorize calls intended to threaten, harass, deceive, defraud, or unlawfully pressure another person.
• You will not use the assistant to impersonate another person or falsely claim professional, governmental, or institutional authority.
• You will review any call details, instructions, or proposed actions presented to you for approval.
• You will not instruct the assistant to disclose information that you are not authorized to share.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to confirm the recipient, purpose, and content of a call before proceeding.

Easy Flow AI may help users understand a situation, organize relevant information, prepare questions, or communicate with a lawyer, police department, customer support team, or another appropriate organization through supported features.

However, the following limitations apply:

• Easy Flow AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
• AI-generated legal information is general assistance and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.
• We do not guarantee that a lawyer, police department, government office, or other third party will respond to or accept a communication.
• A call made to a third party does not automatically constitute a formal complaint, legally valid notice, or official report.
• Users must verify applicable procedures and follow any required official process.
• Easy Flow AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of statements prepared or communicated through the assistant.
• Any communication with a lawyer, police department, or other authority must be truthful and lawful. You remain responsible for the information and allegations you authorize the assistant to communicate.

You agree not to use Easy Flow AI to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, scams, identity theft, or other unlawful activities.
• Make threats, harassing calls, or abusive communications.
• Impersonate individuals, businesses, lawyers, government officials, or law enforcement.
• Obtain passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), banking credentials, or confidential information through deception.
• Make false police reports or knowingly communicate false allegations.
• Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Make unauthorized, deceptive, or unlawful automated calls.
• Bypass security controls, interfere with the Services, or attempt to access restricted systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit our software except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Services in a manner that violates telecommunications, consumer protection, data protection, or other applicable laws.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, and our Services.

Your privacy matters to us.

To provide the Services, we may process information such as account details, contact information, phone numbers, user instructions, conversation context, call metadata, transcripts, recordings, and usage information, depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

You should not provide sensitive information unless it is necessary for your requested task and you understand how it may be processed.

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required before submitting another person's personal information or authorizing the processing of communications involving that person.

Easy Flow AI may rely on third-party providers, including telecommunications providers, AI model providers, cloud hosting services, payment processors, and external professional or customer support services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control the availability, accuracy, policies, or decisions of independent third parties. We are not responsible for their conduct except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any referral or communication facilitated by Easy Flow AI does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a third party's qualifications, reliability, or performance.

Some features may be free, while others may require a paid subscription, usage-based payment, or one-time purchase.

Before making a purchase, the applicable price, billing period, included features, usage limits, and renewal terms will be displayed to you.

Where subscriptions are offered:

• You authorize the applicable payment provider to process your purchase.
• Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically if this is disclosed at checkout.
• You may cancel according to the instructions provided for your purchase platform.
• Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
• Refunds will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and legal requirements.

Prices and plans may change prospectively, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (such as Razorpay or Apple In-App Purchases). Easy Flow AI does not collect or store your complete payment credentials when those credentials are processed directly by the payment provider.

The specific payment methods, cancellation procedure, refund policy, and billing rules applicable to your purchase will be disclosed when the relevant feature is launched.

The Easy Flow AI name, branding, software, interface, designs, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Arvind Codex / Easy Flow AI, subject to third-party rights.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

You retain rights in the information and content you lawfully provide to the Services. You authorize us to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, telecommunications restrictions, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or business reasons, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• AI responses will always be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.
• Every call or requested action will succeed.
• Third parties will respond to communications.
• The Services will always be available or error-free.
• Using the Services will produce a particular legal, financial, personal, or business outcome.

You should independently verify important information before acting on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right, statutory protection, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Flow AI and Arvind Codex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.

This includes losses arising from AI-generated errors, misunderstood instructions, unsuccessful calls, third-party decisions, network interruptions, or reliance on information that you have not independently verified.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection or other laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses and third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, materially false instructions, or violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

You may stop using Easy Flow AI at any time and may request account deletion through the available account settings or support channel.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or legal requirements.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination. Information may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve or legal requirements change.

We will publish the revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required.

Where applicable law requires renewed consent, we will obtain that consent before applying the relevant changes to your continued use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.

Disputes will be handled by the courts or other forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a consumer right or pursuing a remedy available under applicable law.
